Alphabet awarded Top Employer recognition for ninth year

ALPHABET has been awarded the UK Top Employers 2022 Certification, the ninth year running it has received the award, recognising its practices of creating an open and inclusive workplace for all its employees.

The award is made to leading employers who demonstrate excellence in employee conditions, develop talent at all levels and strive to continuously enhance their employment practices. Alphabet was measured against an international standard and named as a Top Employer having showcased its dedication to a better world of work, through excellent HR policies and people practices. This places the company amongst an exclusive group of certified businesses in the UK and globally.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
