ALPHERA Financial Services has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2015 Credit Today Awards.

The awards, due to take place in May, celebrate innovation and good practice within the finance industry.

Alphera has been nominated as ‘Car Finance Provider of the Year’ and the company is also a finalist in the ‘Treating the Customer Fairly’ category. This announcement follows eight consecutive years of growth for the vehicle finance provider, with double digit growth over the past two years in the UK.

The annual Credit Today Awards is now in its 16th year and is judged by a panel of 18 industry specialists. The two awards will look at all areas of the business including HR practices, financial results and the company’s contribution to the improvement of the industry and its ongoing efforts to treat customers fairly.

Andy Gruber continued;

“Over the past year we have continued to evolve the business to the needs of our dealer and broker partners as well as the customer. As part of this we’ve introduced a new, first to market, customer-focussed business model, which is resulting in uplift in finance penetration for our partners.

“We’ve also hosted roadshows, events and a free webinar advising on new FCA guidelines which has benefitted more than 750 dealers and brokers. We’re delighted to have been recognised by Credit Today due to all of our hard work and are looking forward to the winners being announced.”
The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 14th May 2015 at Grosvenor House, London.
