BRIDLE Group has completed the acquisition of Kew Vehicle Leasing.

The broker will be re-branded into Bridle Vehicle Leasing Richmond over the next month.

Originally founded back in 1969, Bridle is now a multi-million pound business providing vehicle leasing, fleet management, asset finance and insurance services to SMEs, private consumers and fleets across the UK.

The Kew acquisition is an important step forward for Bridle Group which has been steadily expanding its portfolio in recent months and years.

Bridle Group Sales Director Alan Carreras said: “In terms of USP, Kew is hugely skilled in relationships with suppliers and PCH marketing”

“This is particularly important for the Bridle Group as we expand our Authorised Representative (AR) programme. We are now well on course to achieve our target of 30 AR partners by the end of this year.”

This news comes after the summer announcement of Bridle Group adopting the Fleet Procure platform also owned by Kew director Lee Jones, who will focus his attentions on growing the platform and as Group Purchasing Manager. Bridle has taken a 51% stake in Fleet Procure.

Oxford-based Bridle Group is also present in Brighton, Havant, Cannock, Fulton and Coventry.

Carreras added that there could be further expansion in the future.

“We are always open to discussions over partnerships and acquisitions,” he said.
