LEASING Broker Federation members are already signing up to QV’s a new vehicle procurement module which launched on Monday.

Having just recently re-branded from Quotevine, QV has partnered with the Leasing Broker Federation to bring the module to market. The unique product removes the need for brokers to manually input information between a quotation and vehicle procurement system, the addition of the vehicle procurement module offers a complete end-to-end digital solution, making communication easier, allows greater transparency in a post-covid world while minimising the risk of mistakes being made.

This latest development adds to Quotevine’s already extensive solution. The new vehicle procurement module allows for maximum transparency from brokers and dealerships, meaning the complete process from enquiry to delivery can be managed in one system.

A unique product that removes the need for brokers to manually input information between a quotation and vehicle procurement system, the addition of the vehicle procurement module now means QV offers a complete end-to-end digital solution. This makes communication easier, allowing for greater transparency in a post-Covid world while minimising the risk of mistakes being made.

In recognising the vehicle procurement modules potential to enhance the lives of brokers, the Leasing Broker Federation has been granted exclusive rights to market this solution to its members, non-members and dealerships. Having built a strong relationship over the past two years, in which QV has successfully promoted its commitment to brokers, this affiliation is a natural progression on its existing status as a Marketing and Service Partner.

The end-to-end proposition merges quotation and vehicle procurement systems, allowing for a complete offering that benefits both broker, consumer and businesses. The new vehicle procurement module can also be accessed by dealerships, subsequently connecting the dots between the broker, funder and dealer ecosystem within the UK. It is also set to soon include a live link directly to financing companies to further the reach of its  benefit to brokers, consumers and businesses.

Traditionally, brokers have used paper-based or disparate systems meaning much of their time is spent on manual administrative tasks.

In marketing this module to members, the Leasing Broker Federation adds to its already full offering. Over 50% of the 350 brokers in the UK are currently members of the Leasing Broker Federation, and already benefit from a wide array of services, including HR, Compliance, The vehicle procurement module, as it will help brokers to streamline and increase their productivity, as well as assisting in moving away from traditional methods that require time spent on manual administrative processes.

Software as a Service (SaaS) provider Quotevine has changed its name to QV systems to signify how the business is evolving and its future direction.

It will continue to offer a wide range of cloud-based software solutions for the automotive, asset and consumer finance sectors, and said the  name change “symbolises the maturity of the company” an strengthens its position as a dedicated  business looking to help others become future-ready.

QV has also renamed its innovative solution, previously known as the ‘Quotevine Platform’, reintroducing this as ‘Accelerate’: highlighting the flexible, cloud-based nature of the solution and ensuring that the middle and back-office functions of the solution are not overlooked.
