Business award for Silverstone

SILVERSTONE Fleet Management has won the  Customer Commitment Award at the Northamptonshire Chamber Business Awards.

It was chosen from 1500 local Northampton businesses and the awards are only presented to businesses that have clearly demonstrated all-round business excellence in a range of areas, from customer care and staff development through to innovation, exporting or technological advancement.

Ryan Bishop Sales Manager had to do a presentation on what Silverstone does in terms of focusing on high levels of customer commitment.

Account director Scott Norville said: “This award means so much to all of us here at Silverstone as customer commitment has always been the forefront of what we do day in day out.

“The team has worked extremely hard in these challenging times, so they all deserve this, as without them, we wouldn’t have won. Silverstone focus on supplying cars and vans locally, so this award reinforces the commitment we have for our customers.”

All winners progress to the prestigious national British Chambers of Commerce Chamber Business Awards in November
