FCA Fleet Services is no more as the company is taken over by Leasys, the contract hire and mobility arm of FCA Bank.

FCA Fleet Services has expanded rapidly over the past two years with substantial business in the SME sector while also benefiting from the growth in PCH.

Last year it moved up the FN50 ratings, increasing its fleet size from 4,812 to over 7,300.

Leasys, the new owner of FCA Fleet Services, says its current fleet size is now 9,000.

Roberto Bellavia, an established figure in the contract hire and automotive industry with several years of international experience, has been appointed head of Leasys UK by Alex Hughes, managing director of FCA Bank Group UK.

Alex Hughes commented:

“The launch marks a further step change in the business, broadening its appeal across the UK fleet market, from Pan-European corporate fleets, to serving the FCA dealer network and supporting businesses across the UK to find the right leasing solution.”

The FCA Bank is a joint venture between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Crédit Agricole.
