Leasing.com extends partnership with Autovia

Deals will be available on a BuyaCar’s channel, powered by Leasing.com, providing visitors with live offers and linking them directly to Leasing.com’s hundreds of advertising partners. LEASING.COM has renewed its exclusive partnership with Autovia, formerly Dennis Publishing, to provide leasing offers directly to customers through its BuyaCar website and Auto Express brand.

The extended partnership will function in the same way it has for the past year, with Leasing.com providing millions of leasing deals directly to Autovia readers and customers across 20,000 different vehicle derivatives, including hybrid and EV vehicles.

The deals will be available on a BuyaCar’s channel, powered by Leasing.com, providing visitors with live offers and linking them directly to Leasing.com’s hundreds of advertising partners. In parallel, Auto Express will run Leasing.com digital ads and an exclusive leasing deals widget on the leasing pages of autoexpress.co.uk.

The announcement comes at a time when the leasing sector continues to grow despite the pandemic, as consumers look to save money but upgrade their vehicles. Leasing.com saw a 16% increase in enquiries in March versus March 2020 and a 245% increase in April versus April 2020 – which was during the first national lockdown.

In the wider new car market, demand for car finance has remained buoyant even if car sales volumes have fallen. Latest statistics from the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) show that nearly 93% of private new cars sales were bought using either Personal Contract Purchase, Personal Contract Hire or Hire Purchase in the last 12 months.

Paul Harrison, Head of Strategic Partnerships at leasing.com , said: “The partnership was born out of increasing customer demand for leasing and we’ve had a successful first year, despite challenging conditions.

“Customers want car shopping to be easy, and by putting our partners deals in front of them where they read their news and conduct their research, it makes the whole process stress free and convenient. More and more customers are switching to leasing as they look for cost effective ways to upgrade or change their vehicle.”

This latest announcement is part of a growing list of prestigious industry partnerships Leasing.com has recently secured. Along with Autovia, Leasing.com is working with HonestJohn, the industry review website, as well as comparison giant, Confused.com.
