LEASING Options surprised two of its longest serving members of staff with an all-staff presentation to say thank you for their ongoing commitment and hard work.
Rob Heys, Sales Support and Michelle Fairclough, Sales Support Manager at Leasing Options are celebrating 20 years of success and achievements at the Manchester-based car leasing company.
They both joined the business in 2002 as a Leasing Consultant in Sales and Customer Support Advisor respectively and have played an important part as the business has grown.
Nigel Brain, co-founder and Chief Executive of LeasingOptions.co.uk said: “Rob and Michelle are two incredible members of our Leasing Options family and to have had their hard work, dedication and support for over 20 years means more than we can say.
“They joined our business at a pivotal time and have been a fundamental part of our growth and success. We’re so proud and thankful to have both support us.”
Hays, a keen mountain biker, joined Leasing Options from Peugeot where he was responsible for handling fleet and commercial sales and support. During his time at Leasing Options, Rob has worked across various teams and functions taking responsibility in supporting franchisee partners amongst other duties.
Michelle Fairclough joined from Smith Knight Fay Bolton Audi and was quickly promoted to Team leader for the franchise partners team and in the time since, has grown to take over control of the Leasing Options admin team for departments such as quote, proposals and order documentation.
Heys said: “20 years at Leasing Options, wow the time has flown! I really enjoy working at Leasing Options – it’s like a big family. Hopefully many more years to come.”
Following the presentation Michelle said: “It’s been an amazing privilege to see Leasing Options grow so much over the years. I love being part of the family and can’t wait to be part of the next Leasing Options chapter.”
In acknowledgement of their long service, both have received, amongst other gifts, a personalised Mont Blanc Pen and £1,000 cash. they have also been invited to a celebratory dinner with the senior management team and were presented with their gifts at the company’s recent Jubilee party celebrations.
