ELECTRIC Vehicles, digitisation, changing customer requirements and taking service to the next level were among the hot topics being discussed round the table at this week’s Leasing Broker Dinner.

The dinner, at the Alderley Edge Hotel near Manchester, sponsored by ODO and Carmmunity, was attended by 30 Federation members and their guests.

Hottest topic of them all was the move towards service as an expectation with a need to maintain contact with customers through the term of their lease and offering flexibility over the length of agreements.

The Leasing Broker Federation moves south at the end next month when the venue is the Grand Hotel in Brighton on June 27. Look out on the site and the newsletter for more information and booking forms.
