Nationwide hits gold standard for customer service

Businesses going for Feefo gold have to meet high standards, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating.

NATIONWIDE Vehicle Contracts has received the Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo which recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences as rated by customers.
 
The Trusted Service is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights.
Businesses going for gold have to meet high standards, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating.
A highly-valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique as it is based purely on the interactions with real customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
Feefo give the Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses who have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9.
However, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts has done way better than that – its Feefo rating was based on over 5,890 reviews from January 1st 2019 to December 31st 2019, scoring an average rating of 4.5 out of a possible 5.

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts uses its Electronic Customer Experience Questionnaire -provided via APD’s Customer 360 platform – to prompt its customers to provide feedback via Feefo.
