A new partnership between APD and Feefo will help raise broker customer service profile with more visible customer ratings and greater online awareness

A NEW partnership agreed between APD Global Research and global reviews and insights company, Feefo, will help brokers raise awareness of great customer service.

APD says that, not only will the partnership make more customers – and potential customers aware of excellent customer service – but it will also drive increase website traffic and assist SEO.

Rob Whalley, CEO of APD Global Research, commented:

Referenced as the ‘most powerful force in marketing’, peer reviews are ranked as the number one influencer for millennials and baby boomers alike. Some 93% of consumers claim that online reviews impact their purchasing decisions, reports APD.
