DESPITE the pandemic, Frontline leasing and Fleet management and Frontline Associates – powered by Carmmunity’s bespoke, cloud-based vehicle location and purchasing platform – have bucked the trend and invested in personnel to strengthen existing teams.
The new hires will provide more experience, skills, and support to further enhance customer service.
Marisa Fravolini joins as Operations Director. She has more than 35 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with 30 years with Pendragon Vehicle Management as Customer Services Director. Marisa also has strong relationships with the dealer network to ensure service levels are maintained.
She joined the team just before the pandemic and therefore had a steep learning curve, having to navigate through unknown times with a new company and a new way to work.
Vanessa Hunt is been appointed Regional Account Manager bringing 20 years’ experience in the Finance and Leasing market. Having worked for some of the biggest brokers in the industry, Vanessa understands the requirements for supply and the importance to provide the best service and support in the marketplace.
The new position will further enhance and strengthen the Ford sales team and to provide a more personal touch by engaging and visiting broker partners in a field based role.
Another new position is filled by Anna Ford as Corporate Relationship Manager (Frontline Associates Ltd Powered by Carmmunity) who brings extensive knowledge of the industry, dealers, and connections with manufacturers having come from the PSA Group. She has worked closely with major dealer groups, forging strong supply links.
She made the switch to Frontline Associates after 14 years with the PSA Group in Regional Sales Management, Corporate leasing sales and after a similar role of Manufacturer Relationship Manager. Anna will be developing relationships with other manufacturers and dealers promoting the bespoke digital Carmmunity platform.
Two new Apprentices have also been taken on, Alicia Grice and Harmony Sulley.
