QUOTEVINE has created a new vehicle procurement module providing a full end-to-end solution to customers and has partnered with the Leasing Broker Federation to bring the module to market.

This latest development is adds to Quotevine’s already extensive solution. The new vehicle procurement module allows for maximum transparency from brokers and dealerships, meaning the complete process from enquiry to delivery can be managed in one system.

A unique product that removes the need for brokers to manually input information between a quotation and vehicle procurement system, the addition of the vehicle procurement module now means Quotevine offers a complete end-to-end digital solution. This makes communication easier, allowing for greater transparency in a post-covid world while minimising the risk of mistakes being made.

In recognising the vehicle procurement modules potential to enhance the lives of brokers, the Leasing Broker Federation has been granted exclusive rights to market this solution to its members, non-members and dealerships. Having built a strong relationship over the past two years, in which Quotevine has successfully promoted its commitment to brokers, this affiliation is a natural progression on its existing status as a Marketing and Service Partner.

Quotevine’s end-to-end proposition merges quotation and vehicle procurement systems, allowing for a complete offering that benefits both broker, consumer and businesses. The new vehicle procurement module can also be accessed by dealerships, subsequently connecting the dots between the broker, funder and dealer ecosystem within the UK. It is also set to soon include a live link directly to financing companies to further the reach of its  benefit to brokers, consumers and businesses.

Traditionally, brokers have used paper-based or disparate systems meaning much of their time is spent on manual administrative tasks. In marketing Quotevine’s new vehicle procurement module, members of the Federation can now have access to a full service offering that also includes Marketing or HR services.

In marketing this module to members, the Leasing Broker Federation adds to its already full offering. Over 50% of the 350 brokers in the UK are currently members of the Leasing Broker Federation, and already benefit from a wide array of services, including HR, Compliance, Training and Marketing. Quotevine sees the Federation as an ideal partner to promote the vehicle procurement module, as it will help brokers to streamline and increase their productivity, as well as assisting in moving away from traditional methods that require time spent on manual administrative processes.

Rebecca Duckworth, Chief Sales Officer at Quotevine, said:  “We’re very happy to have developed our relationship with the Leasing Broker Federation over the past two years. It has always been great to work with and we’re excited to see what the future holds, particularly with the development of our vehicle procurement module. This completes our full end-to-end solution and we believe it will better the lives of both brokers, and the consumers and businesses they serve.

“Within Quotevine and the Leasing Broker Federation, you have two companies who are working hard to create and offer something very innovative in what is a very traditional space. Our new solution will help brokers streamline their offerings which ultimately benefits consumers and businesses who experience a quicker, more seamless transaction and that’s ultimately what we’re striving to achieve”.

Nick Ratcliffe from the Leasing Broker Federation added: “Helping Brokers is our aim, and helping brokers better manage supply channels and improve efficiencies within their businesses, is all part of the broker ecosystem and ultimately benefits our growing membership.

“Helping Quotevine bring its innovative solution to the market, which includes our Federation members, non-members, Dealerships and ultimately funders, will provide the foundation for a more robust and connected process. This will benefit everyone involved and we are very pleased to be supporting this development in the market.”
