THE party is over at this year’s Leasing Broker Federation Awards and we are delighted to announce this year’s winners.
Top of the pack with the award of Leasing Broker of the year is Fleet Alliance with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts running it close as runner up.
Judges said they were impressed with Fleet Alliance’s market-leading set of tools including fleet consultation and advice, strategic analysis, a suite of innovative products and bespoke technology.
The judges also liked Nationwide’s post-service care and a real-time survey which allows it to benchmark performance in relation to sales, delivery, and handover.
The Best Commercial Vehicle Broker Award for 2023 – supported by Carmmunity – could not separate XLCR Vehicle Management and Vanaways who ran out joint winners.
Due to its network of suppliers and manufacturers Vanaways  can supply a vast amount of manufacturer models of commercial vehicles at competitive prices while XLCR’s  Commercial Vehicles solutions offer a complete solution for B2B customers.
e-carlease provides numerous Electric Car Guides covering a multitude of subjects including detailed reviews of individual cars, costs to fuel an electric car, explanation of Business Contract Purchase, Salary Sacrifice and many other topics.
Fleet Alliance also came out top as the winner of the Best Large Leasing Broker, supported by Suzuki. Runner up – Nationwide Vehicle Contracts
The Best Large Leasing Broker Customer Service Award for 2023, supported by Leasys went to Nationwide Vehicle Contracts with Fleet Alliance as runner-up.
The Best Fleet Management Service Award, sponsored by City West Country, was won by Rivervale Cars with Fleet Alliance as runner-up.
Judges liked the fact that Rivervale is not tied to any manufacturer, so can offer the choice to lease any make and any model of vehicle – from a luxury sports car to a fully electric commercial van.
Carparison was willing to take a risk by creating a contact channel that enables anyone completing a website form to choose whether they want to be contacted by a team member who identifies as female. It could have easily gone wrong or been dismissed as ‘virtue signalling,’ but it has made leasing more accessible
In the Best Medium Leasing Broker Award category, supported by Carmmunity, Synergy Car Leasing came out on top with Rivervale Cars running them a close second.
As part of Consumer Duty implementation, Synergy has re-trained its team on vulnerable customers, and this training also forms part of the new starters induction programme across the business.
The roles were reversed in the Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service category, sponsored by Leasys, with Rivervale Cars chosen as winner and Synergy Car Leasing as runner-up.
Best Small Leasing Broker award went to Crusader Vans with VIP Gateway chosen as runner-up
Crusader can refer customers to insurance partners for a no-obligation insurance quote prior to delivery. It also acts as an appointed representative of Autoprotect for the provision of asset protection insurance and also provides Fleet Management software to larger clients.
Best Small Leasing Broker Customer Service Award went to e-car lease and BestCarFinder was runner-up
