ISABEL Edwards has been appointed Associate Account Manager at Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions.

Her new role will be to initially support the management team in developing the Associate platform. This includes working on internal process efficiencies, compliance oversight and developing a customer service culture with a view to developing into an Associate Account Manager role.

Formerly Customer Service Manager, Isabel has a strong record in the Customer Service team at Hitachi, having joined the Newbury firm in 2004.

“I have worked in the Customer Service environment for 14 years and am keen to broaden my skills and knowledge of the wider business. I am really excited to be joining this dynamic sales channel and am looking forward to supporting business growth in this area,” commented Isabel at the Manchester Regional Leasing Broker Dinner at Alderley Edge, April 26, 2018.
